By purchasing an item from us, you are deemed to be agreeable to all the Terms & Conditions stated below including conditions stated in our Payment Methods / Shipping & Delivery / Exchange & Return Policy / Privacy Policy.

DELIVERY

Amendments or cancellations to be made to your order will not be possible once it is has been placed and confirmed. Hence, please do check carefully before confirming your order.

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 working days upon verification of payment. Delivery is carried out during working hours, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and local public holidays(Singapore).

Price of postage includes handling fees.

Pico & Poco will not be held liable for any lost parcels sent to you via normal postage.

BOUNCED PARCELS

Should Pico & Poco be in receipt of any bounced parcels, you will be notified via email. Customers will bear the additional charges for re-delivery. Pico & Poco will hold and keep the parcels for 2 months. Should the parcel still remain unclaimed after this period, it will be deemed as Pico & Pico's property and no compensation would be given.

MISSING ORDER/ INCORRECT ITEM

Please contact our Customer Care Team at enquiry@piconpoco.com and provide the details (reference number, photograph of incorrect item etc). We will respond as soon possible to discuss with you on the next course of action to rectify the order.

An exchange will be available if the item(s) sent to you is incorrect. Pico & Poco will bear the additional costs for wrong item(s) sent to customer.

A refund might be processed only in the event that the stocks are not available.

DEFECTIVE ITEM

Please drop an email to our Customer Care Team at enquiry@piconpoco.com with a photograph and details of the defect and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

An exchange will be available if the item(s) sent to you is found to be defective*. Pico & Poco will bear the additional costs for defective item(s) sent to customer.

A refund might be processed only in the event that the stocks are not available.

*Please note there may be a variance of 0.5" - 1.0" difference in our given measurements. In such cases, the variance may not be considered as a defect.

INCORRECT COLOUR/ SIZE OF APPAREL PURCHASED

Please drop an email to our Customer Care Team at enquiry@piconpoco.com. Exchanges for same product for different size/ colour is possible, but this is subject to availability of stock. Customers will bear any postage & handling for the exchange.

We do not accept returns in the event the stocks are not available.

To qualify for returns/exchanges, please ensure that:

1) the item is unworn/unwashed
2) the item is in a brand new condition
3) the item must reach us within 10 working days from date of delivery of the items.

We will process the exchanges/ returns after we have checked and ascertained that the item(s) qualify under our return/exchange Policy. Should they be ascertained to not qualify as such, we regret to inform that such requests would be duly rejected.

At Pico & Poco, we strive to ensure to our best efforts that our products are in good condition at the point of mailing. However, due to the nature of the apparels, there might be inconsistency/ defects from time to time which might be inadvertently omitted. We seek your understanding and assure you that we would respond to you upon request and work together toward rectifying such situations, based on our exchange/ return policies in place.

MEMBERSHIP POINTS

Membership points are non-transferable and can be only utilized by the account holder. Every 100 points earned entities you to $5 discount off your next applicable purchase.

There is no expiry date for the membership points.

Customers can track their membership points by logging into their accounts.

PAYMENT

Once payment has been made, any request for cancellation of order will be duly declined.

For customers who choose to make payment by internet banking, payment must be made within 2 days for the order to be successfully processed. Should the payment be not received within this stipulated timeframe, the order will be automatically cancelled without prior notification.

It is the responsibility of the customer to provide relevant details required for Pico & Poco to process the order. Pico & Poco will not be accountable for delays caused by incorrect/ insufficient payment details provided.

PRODUCTS

Pico & Poco makes every reasonable effort to ensure that the colour of the products reflected on the website is as close as that of the actual products'. However, do note that colours of actual products might differ due to the individuals' computer and monitor setting.

A variance of 0.5" - 1.0" difference in our given measurements compared to the actual products' may not be considered as a defect.

Do take note that colour may transfer onto other garments, upholstery and bags for new products and take necessary care. New products are advised to be hand washed separately for the first few washes.
