How do I order?

Click on the desired item you would like to purchase and add it to your shopping cart. It's that simple!

To make a payment, click on 'check out'.

Please note that each item will have a reservation period of 30 minutes in the shopping cart. Hence, we encourage you to complete your purchase as soon as you can.

Do I need to have an account to start purchasing?

Yes, you will need to register an account with us to start purchasing from our online retail shop. We understand that you will be concerned with how we will handle your personal data. I have problems carting out an item for payment.

As long as it is available in-stock, you will be able to cart out an item and proceed with payment. An item will be in-stock unless indicated otherwise on our website.

If an item is the last piece in-stock, and which is in someone else's shopping cart the same time as when you are shopping, the status of that item will be reflected as "Temporarily Unavailable".

For items which are no longer in stock, the status reflected will be "Not Available"

Can I amend or cancel my order after confirming it?

Amendments or cancellations to be made to your order will not be possible once it is has been placed and confirmed. Hence, please do check carefully before confirming your order.

I cannot recall my Internet-Banking Nickname.

As your details e.g. your account number and transaction reference number are not reflected on our records, we can only verify your payment via the Internet-Banking nickname/Initials. Kindly call your local bank for assistance on this matter.

Your bank should be able to retrieve your correct internet-banking nickname when it is provided with your account details and the transaction reference number.

Will an item be restocked?

Generally, we do not provide restocks. However, do indicate your interest by clicking on the "Notify me when item is available" button at the item page. If we do restock the particular item, you will be notified via email. Such restocks would also be reflected on our web site as and when they are available so please do check our website for updates.

Can I self-collect my purchases?

Currently, we do not have any stores and do not provide meet up option. Your purchases will reach you by way of mailing.

How do I know if my order has been shipped out?

You may check the status of your order by logging into your account, click "My Account" at the bottom of the webpage and click "My Order History".

What are the currencies accepted?

All prices are listed in Singapore Dollar (SGD) which is the default currency. However, there is an option to view the prices in United States Dollar (USD).

Similarly, we accept payments in SGD and USD. The respective credit card company will convert either of the two currency which you have selected into your local currency.

How can I retrieve my tracking number?

You should receive a tracking number via email within 1-2 working days once your parcel has been dispatched. Please contact our Customer Care Team at if you do not receive your tracking details and provide your purchase number so that we can look into it accordingly.

I have not received my parcel, what should I do?

Please drop an email to our Customer Care Team at if you have not received your parcel after 10 working days and we will assist you accordingly.

Product care

What are the things I need to take note of in caring for my purchases?

For items with intricate details such as lace, crochets, embellishment, we would encourage them to be hand washed to maintain the products in good condition.

To iron, please use low to medium heat, depending on fabric type. We would encourage steaming or ironing using indirect heat (by placing a fabric/cloth between the item and iron) for apparels made with delicate fabrics e.g. silk, satin and chiffon etc.

Please take care to wash the apparels separately for the first few washes as colour transfer may occur for new products.


I have problems logging into my Pico & Poco account.

Please select "Forget Password" and a new password will be automatically generated and sent to your registered email. Do add to your address book to prevent the email from landing into your junk or spam folder.

I am having problems purchasing from the in-stock items

If you are unable to cart out the items, it is highly probably that the last items had been purchased and it is now out of stock. Please click on the "Notify me when available" button and we will notify you via email once the item is in stock. Such restocks would also be reflected on our web site as and when they are available so please do check our website for updates.

I have problems accessing the site.

You may want to try using another browser to access our site. For optimum browsing experience, kindly ensure that the browser has been updated to the latest version available.

I signed up with the Mailing List but I did not receive any mailers.

Please check your junk/ spam folder as the mailer might have landed there. If so, please add to your address book to ensure the mailers do not get directed to the junk/ spam folders.
