Shipping & Delivery

Please note that we will need 1-2 working days to pack and dispatch your parcel. Delivery is free for purchases above S$100.

Normal postage

A flat rate of $1.70 applies. Your parcels will reach you within 3-7 working days from the time of dispatch. As tracking is not available for this, Pico & Poco will not be held liable for any lost parcels sent to you via normal postage. We would recommend customers to opt for registered mail (details below), for easy tracking of your parcel, if you so require.

Registered mail

There is an additional charge of $2.30 for registered articles. A total charge of $4.00 will apply for registered mail. Your parcels will reach you within 3-7 working days from the time of dispatch. A tracking number will be sent to you within 1-2 working days once your parcel has been dispatched.

Courier service

A flat rate of $7 applies.
The courier service provider will deliver the parcel within the next 2 working days* after your parcel has been processed for delivery.

Please note that an additional charge for re-delivery would be applicable in the event that nobody is available to receive the package. Please provide us with your contact number upon checkout so that the delivery personnel is able to reach you in the event of an unforeseen circumstance.

Should Pico & Poco be in receipt of any bounced parcels, you will be notified via email. Customers will bear the additional charges for re-delivery. Pico & Poco will hold and keep the parcels for 2 months. Should the parcel still remain unclaimed after this period, it will be deemed as Pico & Pico’s property.

*Working days refer to Mondays - Fridays (and excludes public holidays).

International Delivery

A flat rate of $7 applies.
The courier service provider will deliver the parcel within the next 10-14 working days* after your parcel has been processed for delivery.

Please note that an additional charge for re-delivery would be applicable in the event that nobody is available to receive the package. Please provide us with your contact number upon checkout so that the delivery personnel is able to reach you in the event of an unforeseen circumstance.
